Reverse band bench press(close grip,green bands)--1x10x135,1x8x185,1x6x225,1x4x275; 1x1x300,325,350,365*,375(F),old PR was 355; Flat DB extensions--4x10x60,1x15x60; BB row--1x5x135,155,175,185,195,205,215; 1x12x185; BB shrugs--1x12x185,1x10x225,275,300; DB side raise--4x8x35; Overhead tri ext.(cable)--1x10x60,70,80,90; Cuff work--1x15x10 ea.,top and bottom half. Next Sunday is max bench day and the goal is 350(that's the goal i set at the first of this year). I'm 20 short right now so it might be a stretch. The max shirt work is dependent on whether or not Joe is home to help me get dressed .
