Enjoying mental relaxation.... I’m still working but at my own pace.

for me one of the funny things about meditation is that one has to work hard at being gentle at relaxing.

lately been spending time counting breaths coordinated with breathing.

two beats are 1: then 2 (4) in 3 (6) out

when the night is long ...

Was out for a walk with some friends yesterday... first walk outside in ages!

i make it every 5 days or so.

this last winter i got some new techniques.

a new dough mixture,

and a really good sauce.

now that we all have to become even better cooks.

and i must have sent you the no knead bread stuff !?

NC&I are doing well.

planing a trip with friends and the entire enterprise has turned into a SNAFUBAR.

They just had a report on tv where they did testing in a town in California and their findings came up the 50-80 percent more people had the virus than what was reported.

Go back to work and wash your hands, stay away from me!

They keep bringing up the Spanish flu 100+ years ago....we still have the flu!!!

I don’t want a vaccine! I want better choices for “GOOD” food not fake, modified, injected crap!

it would be nice to have better data, but i think we have enough to ID the most vulnerable, (old, fat bastards) inform them, and then get out of the way.

we have enough beds if they catch the virus.

and with the info we have, it kinda looks like a person like me would have to chase it to catch it.

Filled pot holes for about 4 hours yesterday... lifting 5 gallon buckets of stone in and out of my truck.

Back is ok but my arms are killing me.

Loafed today.
