Rain yesterday. have been working the grounds. the backpack blower weights 22 lbs, so toting it is a little exercise.
stretching too.

doc today who says he has no real idea what is going on except it might be this and it might be that. ah, well, at least the x rays and mri look good.
frustrating, but not unexpected given my research on the web.
have to order 2022 wood.

coming to terms with injury is difficult.
we walk on a closed course, she goes fast, i go not so fast.
we wind up in the same place, just not at the same time.
lots of stretching.
three cord wood delivery for 2022 burn is the day before your birthday, Smoke.
keep the faith.

the boat is ready, but the weather is not.
loading, moving, dumping, and stacking the 2022 wood is the exercise for a while. 3 cord will take weeks at the slow rate i am doing the work, but i view it as daily exercise, and want to protect my back for the rowing.
foot and ankle are not good, and i think it may be l4-5 nerve root rather than arthritis.
it certainly is not trauma related.

Slow and steady wins the race. Could be worse and you couldn’t do it at all!
Keep the faith..... someone told me that.

row red foot and ankle still bad, and back tender, but outing was successful in that context. 1 on the course, then drills to get the feel back.
have been doing wood daily.
today did our spring foliage trip. very nice.
