I was just thankful to get through this one.

I've lost a lot too. It's going to take me several weeks to catch up.

How much did you lose and where? Maybe its just the fact that you arent 100% yet. You havent been out of it that long.

Pam,I should have been able to at least get a couple of reps @ 285 on the 3 board. My max work is down and I felt weak from the get go. It's a combination of not doing anything for two weeks,not getting enough protein and being a wuss for not feeling well. I had planned a max bench and squat for last weekend but those will have to wait another few weeks until I'm able to recover my "zip". I may have to try the max bench this Sunday as I'll have no one to help with me with my shirt or spot after that. I was disappointed in the numbers but it felt so good to be back under the bar.
