I still cant believe you can do speed at 205. Pretty impressive Jack. Did you not enjoy your workout? Its not like you to not say at least something about a workout. My tri's are so totally fried its just pathetic..it hurts to even think about moving them. I'm having a hard time believe that was a chest workout and not an arm one. I wonder what will hurt when I do my leg workout. Well lets have some commentary here Jacko.

I just didn't have much to say last night . Yes,I did enjoy the workout,immensely. Even though I was only out two weeks, I didn't realize how much I missed them until I started back. Most people don't know what they've got until it's gone but I'm an exception . I'm sore too if that's any consolation. Not painful sore but sore enough to remind me that I need to constantly keep my workouts regular. But "don't" it feel good . Pam,once you finish the Colgan program,you'll be doing 205 for speed work. I know you can do it and I'll be there to push you even further. How's that for commentary,Pamella Ann .
