Working like crazy! Shoulder is sore, just over use. Got new boots and good insoles so hopefully that fixes the sore foot.

i think i'm glad to hear you are working.

it's the like crazy part that is hazy.

one of the things recently learned is that lots of the aches and pains in my left leg and foot over the years were probably related to the lower spine situation.

foot and ankle pain with no injury or trauma.

yep, getting old is tough.

watch out for that shoulder.

rotator cuff injuries are hard healers.

Got the Kid coming to check it out on Wednesday. She’s a massage therapist now. Helped me out before.

bad day.



owner of property where i put in has posted the land and will not permit anyone access to the water.

i have been putting in there for many years - maybe since 03, have to check the records.

he is angry because those who use the access don't take care of it.



i have been policing that place all these years.



found another property owner who will let me put in at his camp.



(my mechanic, whose children we have put through college. When one drives a ford, that happens)



but such a change is a mixed blessing.

Working 12-15 hour days... Kid fixed up my shoulder for me. Going to have her work on it again, she’s really good.

did not go over the weekend as don't know how the folks use the camp and i don't want to intrude.

my brother in law has been diagnosed with Leukemia.

he is 77 years old.

good guy.

good husband and father.
