when not rowing i go with nc on her morning walks.

amazing how quickly muscle groups get out of any kind of conditioning.

who thought walking was exercise ?

Steps don’t exactly equal a good walk.

may change to yellow boat tomorrow.

changed boats, but not as breezy at lake as forecast.

rows heavy, but stable.

can row this thing in the ocean.

red boat is about 33lbs

yellow is 45 lbs.

so i am picking up and carrying a 20 foot long, 45 lb boat, then pressing it up to the racks.

take down is interesting, too.

it is the flipping the thing over that is tough.
