i am so very sorry to hear that.

once mine go hot, it takes a long time.

i hope it's different for you.

my knee braces actually help as i continue with day to day activities while trying to heal.

we heat with wood.

i take them off ASAP so i don't become dependent on them, but it seems to me to be guesswork.

pillows between the legs at night when sleeping on side to keep the top leg from that inward bend, and under the knees when sleeping on back.

these are spine rules, and they work for me, and they also seem to help my knees.

don't know if you guys are familiar with Misfits Market, but they ship their stuff with the best ice packs i have ever found.

although not in the wintertime.

I get imperfect foods.... I use their ice packs.

Ice was recommended to me over heat and it seems to work. I do wear a brace all day at work.

Cleaning up snow! Still have a path or 2 to make and dig out the dumpster at work.

Thought I would get a day off but ended up riding out the storm at work... so much for a day off.🙁
