So far in January I’ve closed all my Apple Watch rings except for today and yesterday.

Thanks, I can’t believe how sore I am! It’s so sad. It feels good to be lifting again though even if the weights aren’t very impressive.

1/24 Squat Lat pulldown Bench press 3 rounds, 12 reps, 2 secs concentric 3 secs eccentric
1/23 Straight leg deadlift Cable row Shoulder press

Good for you.
I regret can't do squats any more.
Knees won't permit it, and compression on my spine is definitely not indicated.
But I can still row and bike if I am careful. Get too frisky and the knees get hot. I'm drinking a magic tea to try to keep them cool.
Rebounders and the Lymph system. I like rebounders.
We just gave one to the daughter. Of course, she can't get the granddaughter off it.
Get the indian clubs and you won't need the shoulder presses.
Push ups off the bench ? raised foot pushups ? A girl ?? Wow !
My gym at the other house is closed for the winter. I should bring some of my toys here.

1/25 Squats Lat pulldown DB bench press DB deadlift Cable row Shoulder press 1/27 Treadmill, would rather that be a long walk on the beach, listening to the sounds of the ocean...hopefully soon! But for now I just play the sounds of the ocean and use my imagination. I enjoy the rebounder. Feels more like fun than exercise Push-ups off the bench, I can’t do knee pushups, they kill my knees and I can’t do a regular push-up so I put my hands on the bench so I’m raised up. Goal is to be able to do regular pushups but these work for now.

regular pushups, as you know, are not a female sport. good to have goals, though, and while they are difficult, they are not beyond a determined girl's reach.
i assume you are familiar with the negative resistance training technique. start at the top and lower down slowly.
i really like dumbbells. we have power blocks, 5 to 60.
have you read about rebounder benefits for the lymph system ?
i confess i know nothing about vibration plates, but i'm doing my reading.
how long have you been using one, and how has it worked for you ?
