the cane is fun. it consists of spinning and other exercises for dexterity. a Karen in the market actually confronted me the other day. something about my mask, which is a handkerchief hanging from a string.
had to tell her that she was a madwoman, i am afraid of madwomen, and i would defend myself if she came any closer.
while spinning my cane.

gotta keep cane skills up. dangerous out there. Wild Karens on the loose. most of the moves with the clubs convert to the cane.
It is fun, though. just mastered the "horn change". no jokes, now.

i have carried a cane daily for many years now. it has come in handy on many occasions. the web has many instructional sites for cane use for self defense, even from a wheelchair.

every one of the list is changed up from day to day. ad - seat height - distribution between arms w push pull - distribution between legs - ankle-ing. clubs and cane - different swinging patterns. ball - range of motion stretching - mixes of dynamic and static stretches.
even wood, as each piece is different size and weight and requires different handling.
mix up what sounds like a standard routine.
