User Fish has asked a fair question about the vehicle that you are speaking about. Im assuming that its a bicycle so my reply will be according to this assumption. Its not uncommon to feel sore and fatigued after an intense session. When I started, Id have to cancel plans for the rest of the day after cycling, but then I started active resting. What you do is, after a cycling session, instead of stopping abruptly, you keep active for a bit. You can go for a walk or even continue to cycle lightly. This will make sure that youre easing out of the intense session and don't hurt your body. I also find that drinking peppermint tea helps with the pain. Sometimes Id take an amino acid ( www.vitaminexpress.org/uk/amino-acids-supplements) pill with my tea because its known to help with muscle fatigue. Thats my 2 cents. Hope it helps.

DOMS ?
for those who are new, we have done a lot on aerobics, lactic uptake, interval training, running, bikes; off road, road, racing, and stationary, etc, etc, etc.
been here a long time, addressed a lot of stuff.
for simple eg, if biking, how often do you change angle of attack to involve entire chain musculature ?
hello, and welcome, by the way.
