Knee is feeling a bit better. Hip is still sore but I’m getting 11k + steps the last few days so I guess I’ll make it.
Keep getting those reality checks and I don’t care for them.

be careful not to change your gait because of soreness or discomfort.
it's a vicious cycle if you do, first this goes out, and compensating for this, then that goes out.
sometimes i have to change my gait, shorten the stride for eg, but i try to carry the change through the entire gait.
maintain your balance so to speak, keep it all even.
critical for the musculature of the back.
