Knee is up and down, pulled it bad last week but seems to be much better the last day or 2. Did almost nothing yesterday so maybe the rest helped it.

have to maintain the sense of humor.
that said, tell me more.
i have a stretching sequence that pretty much involves all the muscles from hip to toe.
have you taken anything for possible inflammation ?
that seems to be my problem, and i have to put the fire out first, and then pay more attention to my prophylactic stretching and exercises to try to keep it from coming back.

I’m my own worst enemy... I should be stretching and I don’t. Was at work yesterday for 16 hours... pretty much non stop. I do try to incorporate some while working but it’s not really enough.
I was just taking my turmeric mix.

suggest you get systematic about regular rest periods. even a few minutes an hour. every hour.

Trying to stretch at work a little. Just got that hit by a Mac truck feeling going on. Viscous circle.... hurt cause I’m not working out and no working out cause I hurt. 😥

Just tired... still working a lot of hours. On my feet behind the press, older I get harder it is. I’ll get through it. Back is feeling a bit better, knees not so much.
