i think it was reaction to onset of new infection.

seems recurrent cellulitis is a thing.

blood pressure, pulse readings are interesting. it seems that the numbers can vary significantly within minutes.

No, we don't have a Fitbit, although they look like fun.

I am something of a privacy freek.

Is the fitbit app completely secure ?

I only allow cookies to post here, and then immediately scrub the computer.

I have a heart rate monitor that i used to use when i could run.

got into heart rate training VO2 uptake, and all that.

it was fun.

the docs and the net tell to use an upper arm cuff for accuracy rather than a wrist or finger monitor.

i have gone to some lengths to keep my stuff private.

had to download an app to get the Withings bpm to function, and then do stuff to keep my bpm from reporting.

although if the cardiologisgt or my PCP want, i can set this thing up to send the data to them in real time.

every winter the plow guy pushes a lot of the driveway up and every spring i shovel the gravel and dirt into the wheelbarrow, take it back down, and spread it.

if we get an f 250 for a drop in, then i'll get a snow plow.

my knees are on fire, and the instability is back.

they were good for a long time.

more stretching of the legs indicated, although i've been pretty good.

Yea, that’s the downside of all of this stuff... there is no privacy. Even smart phones.... you can just be talking to someone with your phone nearby and next thing you know your getting ads about something you were talking about. Way beyond big brother watching.

We have had many Toyotas over the years. Celicas and Camrys mostly.

And we think it likely that most of the vehicles out there today are infected with the same rotten theft of personal info to monetize devices.

But our first experience of it was with the new Camry.

It's bad, really bad.

I swear, if you pass air, the car will tell them what you had for dinner the night before.

We don't like it.

The people of this country are surrendering their liberties and freedoms far too easily.
