cane work is pretty much because i now realize that i can't run away because of my knees, and so i will have to stand and fight.

move your feet is almost the first rule in self defense, and i almost can't.

Are you still pretty “safe” where you are? I know Maine is really low for crime.

Not too bad where I am but not like it was 30 years ago... 😢 sad

Why can’t people just get along?
Almost all of these “Cop” shootings are because some broke the law to start with! Don’t break the law and ya might have a better chance of not dying!

exercise : the usual routine

distressing to learn that even the irs is monitoring our every post.

i want to use the cane because i do not want to kill unless forced to do so in self defense.

i worked in homicide division of Bronx DA when there were 2+ homicides a day.

i've seen many dead at many crime scenes.

 

i've prosecuted killers.

killers have threatened me.

i'll shoot only if i have to.

but if i have to shoot i'll shoot at the head or at the center of mass.

and i'll shoot until the gun is empty.

in self defense, of course.

The complete loss of common sense is staggering! There will always be crime but defunding law enforcement and letting everyone go rogue doesn’t sound like a good plan.

took a day off, but other than that the usual routine.

i mix it up by focusing on different push-pull parts of each exercise.

missed the arm work today.

hard to remember how upsetting the first 2 years of O were, but B is really trying to remind me.

politicians are bad people, politicians at all levels.

folks who want to be left alone do not go into politics.

folks who want to control the lives of others do.

evil people.
