It’s better but I’m still somewhat careful. Had a massage today, she did deep tissue, gets all the knots out but hurts like heck!

have you asked for some SMFR techniques ? may hurt less if you can do something to keep the knots a little less tight.

Started building a drying rack at work, bout 6’ Got about halfway done. Building it in a bit of a confined spot so lots of bending involved to get it together.
Mowed today and did some yard clean up.

my wood working skills are not what i would wish.
do you like yard games ?
there is one that is fun, Kubb, that costs too much retail, and that someone with wood working skills can knock out in a jiffy.
