Guess I better start a thread.
Had a neighborhood bbq yesterday…. Was nice to kick back a bit but had to go to work today.
Help may have been exposed to Covid so not sure when she’ll be back. This whole thing is getting more than annoying!
They are lying to us and no one seems to care.

We do a lot of reading across the spectrum on Covid.
If it's an opinion piece, we go to the data.
We try hard to get both sides.
As of now it sure looks like most of the media and most of the politicians are lying.
POV Authoritarianism, I guess.
2022 is going to be a big election.
I am not optimistic for the country one way or the other. Which makes me very sad.

Getting anywhere from 10-15 k a day depending… other than that not much extra.
Calm before the storm this week… been kinda slow at work.
I’m ok with getting out early and taking the whole weekend off!

please remember to do the leg, back, arm stretching and the dynamic giant circles and torso twists a couple a few times a day.
leg swings forward and back, side to side too.
i hope you have a short routine you can work in.

Mental break yesterday, met up with some friends I met when Dad was in nursing home…. Was nice catching up. Then happy hour with some neighbors… beautiful day out…. Felt good!

that sounds good.
we are living the quiet life because we want to wait as long as possible before getting the jab. following advice and our own conclusions after reviewing "the science."
given the information that keeps coming out, it seems we have made a good decision.
but we have not been to an indoor gathering in a loooong time.

sounds like you are moving, that's good.
on the jab, we intend to wait as long as possible, but we have a long European trip that has been postponed twice.
Now on for next April, so we may have to decide by late February.
If the news about the Vaccines is as bad as it sounds now, and we decide against the jab, we stand to lose a lot of money.
Ah, well.

One of the friends I met with last weekend said she got the first one but says she just doesn’t feel right, she couldn’t explain it…. Gal that works for me came in and said the same thing…. I’ll pass.

we don't think by any objective standard that they know what they are talking about. add to which it looks like they are sitting on any bad news.
the NYC thing is going to get hot. lots of poc have not gotten the V, so on the basis of disparate impact, the passports are racist.
the world is absolutely crazy.
