17,646 so far today. Had a banana & an organic pop tart… lol Cupboard is stocked with that and protein bars at work.

when i make the coffee, i pour boiling water into a small saucepan containing rolled oats.
stir & just let it sit for however long, then microwave it to temp for eating.
during rowing season it sits there for three hours.
add toasted wheat germ and molasses for iron.
