Almost 18k Workin the weekend…next 12 weeks will be busy.
I have my ups and downs on the cheerful side. Not crazy about the getting older but kinda proud of what I’ve done looking back…upright and breathing most days, I’ve got my Moms walk when I get up… ya know those first couple limping steps…. We used to tease her… now I think of her every time I get up.
I’m still working and 35 years into it I still love what I do, I love the long hours and knowing that I’ve done a good job.
We still have lots to be cheerful for.

it is kinda tough to get the joints and back lubed up in the am. i have an early am routine that i do while making the coffee.

I had stopped taking my turmeric mix… for whatever reason. I started making it again, I put a spoon of it in hot water with a pinch of sea salt and drink it on the way to work… it really does make a difference!

confirming your formula: 1 part turmeric 1/2 part cinnamon 1/2 part ginger 1/4 part sea salt
do you add a pinch more salt to taste ?
i've been brewing herb tea on my way out the door to row. wish i had been using your tea. well, starting now ...

To be honest I don’t remember…. Didn’t I write it on the container? Lol Sounds line it would be a lot of cinnamon & ginger Those are all kinda to taste.
I’ll see if Pam has what I did, I think I sent her some.
I need to mix some up soon.

I just mixed some up…I added a little more cinnamon this time, just for the season…yea, I’m a pumpkin spice and peppermint fan.

Pam confirmed…. That is correct. She said she adds some pepper to hers, helps with absorption.
Let me know if you try it again and if it works.

there is little doubt that with those numbers you are keeping the blood flowing. and your work has you getting some resistance exercis
are you getting some stretching in ?
and the shoulder range of motion moves ?
and some abductor adductor leg swings ?
and etc ?

i have had one massage, a couple of years ago.
it was ok, but it seems to me that a good massage must take more time than I got.
