Oxygen is so weird. Yesterday was on it all day, today it was running 98-99 most of the day. Attempting to sleep without it tonight. I have a meter I wear all night so I can see how I do. Usually up at 2am so if it’s dropping I’ll turn it on. Heart was doing the weird beats again, they say it’s nothing, it usually gets worse this time of year. I hate February. Panic attacks out of the blue. My body just knows, strange how that works.
No formal workout, marching in place, squats, cleaning the boys rooms.
Hope you both are doing well.

I guess heart issues are the thing here. My heart was acting so weird last night. I know, or hope I know, it’s because the anniversary is coming up. My grief is expressed physically. I can know this, it’s the same every year, but still so scary. Up most of the night crying. Heart is beating normally now.
I’m terrified of getting covid again, just as scared as I am to get the jab. I wish it was easy, black and white. I wish there was trust. Kids are so scared for me to go anywhere there are people. To be honest so am I. I wish we could move sooner, I wish I knew for sure we were going to. I’m over this cold. Lungs hurt so much in the cold. Feels almost as bad as when I was young and had asthma issues. The ocean is calling me, I just want to go!
Ok pity party over. Good news, most things are getting better. Blood sugar is much better, blood pressure is normal, they have no explanation as to why or what caused it to go crazy for a few weeks, I always get the same answer, covid, and almost entirely off oxygen. I’m able to walk longer and lift more. I’m at the lowest weight I’ve been at for over 15 years. Not fond of how I get here but happy I have been able to maintain and even keep on losing.
Workout Saturday consisted of a lot cleaning, lifting and moving stuff. I’ve learned that apparently men can’t see dust, or maybe just my men 😉
