Cut wood the other day for my neighbor… about 3 hours worth… couple days ago. Mowing Unloaded 2 pallets of paper today… 3000 + lbs worth.

Been cutting wood for neighbor Working in garden… planted an asparagus bed.. put in both purple and green. Fitbit says I’ve been getting 30 k but it’s not working right, ordered a new one. I have been getting a lot of manual labor in the last couple days. Moving bricks for new bed, resetting old ones, digging out weeds and overgrowth. Bed is maybe 6 x 12, tilled up old soil by hand and brought in buckets of new fill dirt. I was tired!

Mowed earlier in the week… didn’t do much since then, got bit by a tick and it got the best of me…. Feeling better now. Been taking tick recovery stuff, C & colloidal silver.
On the plus side I haven’t eaten much the last couple days.

the ticks seem different this year. if one gets attached at all, even for a very short time, minutes, when i remove it i wind up with a rash for days.
and there are lots of ticks.
i'll have to get some of your stuff.

Better, Thank you. I really was only “sick” for one day. Still have the spot on my butt from it.
I actually have an appointment with naturopath this morning… I’ll see what she has to say

Back to naturopath this weekend, gave me another thyroid supplement. Said to do the tick stuff for one more round since I was bitten.
Suggested I workout before I eat breakfast… don’t think that’s going to happen.. lol
So I continue on.

as i mentioned, we got remarkable rashes from short term bites. different this year.
are you thinking blood tests ?
pre-breakfast workouts supposedly burn fat, but that means long slow stuff because it takes time to get fat cells burning. or so i have read.
i usually get my exercise before breakfast, and i never get the impression it really worked that way.
