every day there is some wood work.

once a week or so i have to replenish the porch pile from the yard pile.

now there is snow on the ground i use the snow scoop (at least one of which everyone who lives where it might snow should own)

drag the scoop to the yard pile, load it with wood, about 15 pieces, and drag it back, up the two short steps, onto the porch and unload.

easier than the cart.

other days it's airdyne, clubs, mat, stretching.

mix and match.

still waiting for latest tests.

we got some snow overnight, so today was a wood day.

5 scoops.

they say it's going to get cold.

foot a little better

back sore.

Yea going down in the teens later in the week here too.
