keep it going. de-conditioning happens quicker and quicker as time goes on.
hey, Smoke, your e-mail has some sort of a connection to the Ohio Department of Labor. The image is a brown colored circle with a white "O" in the center.

Snow was a bust for us… got 4-5 inches at the most. A lot of wind now though.

getting some work in, despite the distractions.
I fear our health system is getting to be like Canada's or Brittan's.
Don't get sick.

Went to work this morning for a couple hours, came home and did 3 rounds of Wim Hoff’s breathing. Then went out for an hour walk.
Hoping to get back into some sort of routine.

i am somewhat aware of mr Hof's techniques, but will do more reading about the iceman.
I have practiced various types of Pranayama for many years now, although I confess alternate nostril breathing escapes me.
Women are notorious for shoulder elevation breathing. lower lungs almost empty.
Hof talks about the wave, but I have not read yet a description that matches my practice. Belly down, out, up, which naturally continues into the lower chest and on to an elevation of the upper chest and shoulders.
it's a wave motion.
i drop the lower ab to begin the exhalation, which i think is a break with traditional forms, but i can get a continuous wave motion that way.
inhalation and exhalation begin below the navel.
great stuff.
i can coordinate my breathing with my heartbeat.
i also count breaths to 10 as a meditation device.
