Speed BB bench(straight weight)--3x3x115;3x3x135; 1x3x135,145,155; Tate press--6x10x60; Lat pulldowns--1x5x110,120,130,140,150,160; Face pulls--1x12x80,90; 2x10x100; Rear delt raise(standing bent over)--3x8x35; Tri pushdowns(v-handle)--1x5x90,100,110,120,130; Cuff work(shoulder horn)--2x20x5. I took a little break after the face pulls and got recharged enough to go up on the tri pushdowns. I'd like to try the break routine every night but I guess I'd better not get in that habit. Pam,might get on me and call me lazy .
