it sounds silly, but walking with two canes reminds muscle groups of XC skiing.
and a little of this and a little of that.
clubs
stretching
sigh !

more rain
but still getting the wood done. gorilla cart is easier than the wheelbarrow.
need some more pallets.
riding the bike and doing the other exercise.
DmbBls are only 10 lbs each, but it's more a conditioning and range of motion movement series than weight training.
it's easy though. combination of curl, shoulder press, triceps extension, and upright row done in a continuing flow. biceps, triceps, deltoids and general shoulders, along with all the stabilizers and synergists.
there is grip work, too.
Standing
dbbls at sides curl up
shoulder press up
triceps extension down
triceps extension up
shoulder press down
curl down
upright row return to sides

rain
on some wood days I take time to "true the stacks". look down the line and see where the wood wall is leaning one way or the other.
3 lb hand sledge hammer banging away one piece of wood at a time to keep the wall as close to vertical as possible so it won't collapse over time. this has to be done on occasion as wind, weather, and gravity make incremental changes. our wood piles have to stand for the better part of 2 years.
believe me, this is exercise. the walls are about 25 feet long and 4 feet high. thousands of pieces of wood.
get the rhythm going !
today AD DBLs stretch
maybe little juggling with the weighted balls, too
