Joe worked out with me this evening but his workout is a lot different than mine. He's just concentrating on situps,pullups and some bi work. He finished in about 30 minutes and I cut mine short since he's leaving tomorrow.
Camber bar box squats(13.5" box,suit last 3 sets)--1x8x55,105; 1x6x145; 1x4x195; 1x3x235,285,310,330,350,370.
GHR--3x15xBW(real slow);
Hammer curls--1x6x30,35,40,45; 1x4x50; 1x8x40.
Reverse wrist curls--1x15x50,55,55.
