i regret that i never got a leaf mulcher.
there's a lot more work in that simple description, "blew and hauled", than some folks might read.
a lot more.
and you gave your neighbor a hand.
very nice.
good that you are getting yourself out and your exercise in.

NC did a real exercise walk this am. which makes me happy, although i can't keep up.
the ocean front has sidewalk, so until the freezing weather, the footing is good.
woods walks are still nice, but the leaf cover is heavy over the ankle breaker stones.
good to hear you're still out there.
keep fighting !

Haven’t been able to get out to walk. One issue after another at work.
I will survive!

Walked, 32 again. Picking up my pace, not sure if it’s because I’m in better shape or because it’s cold out!

nc is back to the quick marches along the ocean front. and you're right, it is getting brisker and brisker.

thanks, Sue.
thanksgiving is my favorite feast. "they" have pretty much soiled/spoiled many of the others. and I have so much to be thankful for.
we went to my sister's in central NY for the week
it was good. i'm the crazy uncle.
i am really glad to hear that you are taking and enjoying those walks. at my sister's we went on daily walks at different parks. it was very nice.
one was a large marsh and we saw Sandhill Cranes, among lots of other unusual, at least for Maine, birds. other walks included a lot of lovely scenery.
very nice.
home again and happy to be here. even if i do have to feed the ravenous beast, the wood stove. or maybe because.
