How do you set your rig up to hold your body down on the lat pull downs ?

Fish I dont know what Jack does but I've used my situp attachment for that....not that I really need it...yet, but it works for me.

fish,I don't use anything 140 and below. If I try to go above this weight,I do what Pam described....put the "T" roller attachment on the front of the bench and place my legs under this. This is good for about 20 more pounds but if I go any higher I'll have to get heavier to keep my butt on the bench.

Give me a break Jack, I've seen your GHR workouts...your a** has to be made of steel Jack, it aint going anywhere. That said would it not be possible to just get a belt and basically tie yourself to the bench? Not getting kinky here guys but I'm thinking that would work if you wrapped under the bench and across your lap. Jack all you'd need is a couple good magnets and your butt will be planted.
