You really had speed at 235? I still cant believe the amount of weight you can move. Did you have the mini's around your neck? When you did the ab slings (a piece of equipment I'd like to throw in the toilet) did you bring your knees up or your legs straight out? Can you start from a hanging position and bring your legs up to the bar keeping them straight? And for the final question of the night..."varying weight" on the wrist rolls...can we see some numbers there Jack. Yeah yeah, I've been a total slack for about 3 months now but I can still give you shit cause I'm back kiddo...no more easy ride for you. I cant let Joe down now can I?

Free ride is over. I can see that I'll have to turn it up a notch now. At least I've got more posts than you . Minibands are around the back of my head,and the ab slings were actually ab raises from an ab tower......a cheap piece of equipment Joe bequeathed me along with a lot of other junk,stuff and clothes. It works Ok though. I did these knees up and I haven't tried legs out and bring them all the way up to the bar but I'll see how far they'll stretch the next time. I was hoping you weren't going to ask about the varying weight .....1.25,2.5 and 3.75 #'s . Move the decimals one place to the right and it looks fantastic . It's good to see your smart ass back here where it belongs .

"Varying weights" just wont cut it anymore Jack. Not sure if Fish has kept you in line or not but I have orders from the higher up to make sure I keep you working hard and in line. I dont plan on letting him down. Afterall....how would that look to our kids?
