Got hot out! Got about 3/4 done.

Should end up with around 14-15k steps.

NC and I are as sorry as people who have lost beloved pets can be.

It hurts so bad.

My old friend Bob said that it is the terrible price you pay for all the wonderful times you shared.

we are still waiting for our next kitty to adopt us.

nc is magic with feral cats.

we've been remembering our pets.

not too warm here.

that is to say not yet one of the maybe 5 nights a year we might use an air conditioner.

i do sweat out almost every day working the wood.

I’m doing ok.
He was 13 so I knew it would be coming sooner or later. I also saw/watched it for the last week.

Alex & I will be ok.

when lou couldn't make it upstairs any more,

we inflated the air mattress and slept on the floor downstairs.

btw…. I’m also getting 100 squats in and some hamstring curls ? Toe raises here an there.

there is not much better than walking, squats, and complementary leg exercises.

actually enjoy getting wet if it's warm enough, both air and rain temperature.
