Upright cable rows--4x8x100;
DB front raise--1x5x30,35,40,45; 1x8x40.
Don't do floor presses with a dog in the garage. He couldn't go in the house for reasons that can't be explained here and every time I layed down to do the exercise,he layed with me. I figured it was a losing cause to continue.......I was just about cooked anyway.
