GHR--3x10x 2 minibands;
Rev. hypers--1x8x90,120,150,150;
Standing ab pulldowns--1x8x60,70,80,80,70;
Ab raise(vertical bench)--3x12;
Hammer curls--1x12x30,1x10x35,1x8x40.
This was one of more spirited DE days and my hams,glutes,lower back and neck(from the bands) are a little sore this morning. I breazed through this one. It's amazing what a positive frame of mind does for the body.
