Speed BB bench(chains)--9x3x105;
Tate press--4x8x70; 1x7x70......fuuuudge!!!! ;
Lat pulldowns--4x8x110;
Face pulls--3x10x80;
Rear delt raise(seated,incline)--3x10x25.
The tp's did my tri's.......I was going to do some one arm pushdowns but I was jello. It's starting to get awfully lonely over here by myself so let's see some workouts, Pam and fish.
