Cardio: 30 minutes treadmill/AHR 144/Cal. 355
All sets 12/8/6 rep scheme unless noted
SS1 One arm DB Row 15/20/25 Seated Row 50/80/100
SS2 Lat Pulldown (standing) 40/50/55 DB Shrugs 25/30/40 (need to get my bar set up for these, I dont think I got much out of them at these weights)
SS3 Flat Bench Twisting DB Press 20/30/40(only got 5 reps at 40) Straight arm pulldown 10/15/17.5 (I need to max out at 15 on these, I was having to assist myself on my left arm on my second and third set)
SS4 Scott incline db press 15/20/25 Bent Arm Pullover 10/15/20
AHR 146/Cal. 425
Thats it...finally got rid of my migrains...that makes 2 days in a row...it feels good to feel good again.

2 days in a row with no migraines.......yahoooo!!!! Now how's the left hand doing. That's great news on the headaches. Nice workout and some good weight on the seated rows. By the way how are the seated rows working without the footplate.....are you just using the bottom rail to brace your feet of did you rig something up ? Glad you're feeling better Pam. I didn't log in and it wouldn't let me use my "real" name.......don't even think about it .

CL...CL....hmmmmmm, is this you Cora??? What else could CL stand for? Rigging something up for the seated rows...thought that was your job?
