I went with the ultra wide bench press again this week but I'll switch back to the speed work next week.....I just wanted to change things up a little bit and build on the cambered bar work to get stronger off the bottom. Ultra wide bench press--warmups,1x5x195,205,215,225; Tate press--1x10x75; 4x8x75; Seated DB cleans--3x8x35; Seated cable rows--1x12x120,1x10x140,160,180; 1x8x200; Rear delt raise(standing,bent over)--3x8x35. I still wore the knee brace and didn't even think about the knee,didn't have even a twinge of pain until I tried a BW squat at the conclusion of the workout......still a little tender
