I just might,just might be able to attempt some light squats next Monday. Arch back gm's(-3)--1x10x45,95,135,185,185,185; GHR--4x8xBW(just a twinge in the knee); Leg extensions(yes,leg extensions and might be doing a lot more of these)--1x10x35,35,45,55; Situps(ghr)--1x12,2x10x25; Standing ab pulldowns(facing the stack)--1x10x70,2x8x80; Seated BB curls--2x12x65,75; 2x10x85,95; Reverse wrist curls--3x12x65; Being able to do the GHR's almost painlessly was a good sign. I'm still going to take it easy on the knee,not push it,just keep testing how it responds. If it takes one week or 4 more weeks.......I'll be back. I don't give up easy.......on anything. Saw this on a church sign...."when doubt comes knocking,let faith answer the door" and that's just exactly what I'm going to do.
