I actually did it............squats,nothing to speak of but at least I was able to do a few with not a lot of discomfort. It's an encouraging sign.
Speed squats(15" box,no resistance,just some light reps)-- 1x12x45,95,135,185;
GHR--4x10;
Leg extensions--3x10x50;
Dimel deadlifts--1x12x95,135,185;
Situps(ghr)--2x10x25(knee got a little tender so I didn't push it);
Standing ab pulldowns--4x8x60;
Incline hammer curls--1x8x30,35,40,40,40.
I'm still going to keep these days light at least for the next 2 weeks and shoot for the end of April first of May to let it all go again.
