Warmup 10 minutes on treadmill
Leg Extensions 1x20x25,35 1x15x45 ( I do these for rehab/prehab only)
Box Squats 1x12x45,95,115 1x6x165
Band Leg Curls (legs separate) 3x20xPB
Cable Adduction 1x15x10 1x12x15 1x6x17.5
Calf Raises 1x30xBW (toes straight) 1x20xBW (1 set toes out 1 set toes in)
Feels great to back..doing what I want not what some book tells me. I'm having fun working out again...I've missed this feeling.

Keep some notes on the leg workouts and change one of the exercises each time and let's see if we can find the one/one's that bother your knee. Maybe we can isolate the cause and you can work around it. I hope you're sore today . Oh,it's good to see you doing something .
