Speed BB bench(chains,narrow grip)--9x3x105; Flat DB extensions--6x8x75; Lat pulldowns(45 deg.)--1x12x80,2x10x90,100; 1x8x110; Upright cable rows--3x10x80; Rear delt pulls(2 minibands)--3x15. It wasn't a lot but I went at it fast(for me ).
