It was supposed to be a ME day but turned into a speed day,well sort of . I'm usually pumped for Friday's workout but I had some problems getting motivated this evening,just couldn't get into it. Pin pulls(4" off the floor)--warmups; 1x3x225,250,275,300; GHR--3x15; Vertical Ab raise--3x12; Side bends--3x8x85; Leg extensions--1x12x25(left leg only),1x12x50,60; Rev. wrist curls--3x20x45; Wrist curls--3x15x75. My knee is getting better but I'm not going to push it. It will still be 3 more weeks before I try to squat anything heavy. A wonderful Easter to all of you.
