Camber bar BP(-3")--warmups,1x3x195,215,235;1x2x255; Tate press--3x10x70,1x9x70(that sucks); Lat pulldowns(flat bench)--4x12x100; BB shrugs--1x12x135,155,175,195,215; DB front raise--1x12x25,1x10x30,2x8x35. Taking the cambered bar 3" below chest level was a real stretch. I layed an Easter egg on this one .
