Camber bar bench press(3RM,-2.5")--warmups,1x3x195,215,235,255*,1x2x260;
Tate press--5x8x70;
Lat pulldowns--4x10x110;
DB shrugs--3x15x70;
DB side raise--1x8x35,40,35,35.
The camber bar took it out of me. I struggled on the Tate's,the shrugs were to light and I almost bit off more than I could chew with the 40 on the side raises.

Chesney has some good stuff. Evocative.
I'll bet ballads went with the Tates and side raises and a rocker went with the shrugs.
I'll be back,

I never thought of KC as evocative...but you could say that. Actually I was looking for a particular title that was recommended to me but it wasn't in either CD I had. I do need to call Kenney and ask him to add another stanza to one of his songs......"Now I know how Jack Davis feels" . Good to hear from you Fish,don't be a stranger. Pam,told me about your mother....I'm so sorry for your loss. I'm on the same road and preparing to face the same situation so I know what you must be going through.

Requiem aeternam dona eis, Domine; et lux perpetua luceat eis.
Rest eternal grant unto them, Lord; and let perpetual light shine upon them.
