This was a bummer of a workout......I wore the knee brace and that's something you can't wear doing deadlifts....the bar keeps getting hung up in the brace. At least I had a good bar path on the concentric . I let myself get to far into the ME exercise to switch to another........but the good news is the brace comes off next week. Deadlifts(sumo)--1x10x45,1x6x135,1x5x185,1x4x225,1x1x275,300 Pull throughs--1x10x90,4x10x100; Kneeling ab pulldowns--1x8x90,5x8x100; Leg extensions(slow)--3x12x70; Hammer curls--1x5x25,30,35,40,45; 1x4x50; 1x5x45.
