Manta squats(13.5" box,suit,knee brace,3 rep max)--warmups,1x3x225,275,300,315,325,335***;
Pull throughs--1x10x90,100,110,120;
Standing ab pulldowns(facing stack,straight bar)--1x8x70,70,80,80,90,100;
Leg extensions--1x15x60,1x12x70,2x10x80,90;
Standing BB curls--1x10x65,75,85,95.
The knee did OK. It snapped,crackled and popped during the warmups so I put the brace on for the 3 rep sets and had no pain or tenderness at all with the brace. This was my first heavy squat session since the first of February and I figured I'd lost some strength but hit a PR,go figure.
