Had to put two ME days back to back......that's not my preference but the only way I could get them in this week.
ME SQUATS(5-8-04)
Camber bar squat(3RM,13.5" box,suit,knee brace)--warmups,1x3x260,285,310,330,360; 1x2x375(f-3);
Pull throughs--1x10x90,100,110,120,130;
Side bends--1x8x75,85,95,105;
Kneeling ab pulldowns--1x8x80,90,100; 1xFx110; 3x8x100.
ME BENCH(5-9-04)
Floor press--warmups, 1x1x250,275,300(F);
One arm DB extensions--5x10x40;
Seated cable rows--5x10x180;
Face pulls--5x8x90;
DB side raise--3x10x30;
Tri pushdowns(V-handle)--1x12x90,1x10x100;1x8x110;
Cuff work--2x15x5,top and bottom.
I did a lot on the bench assistance but I did it fast and within my time limit.
