P&J, et al,
How about posting the music that you do with the workouts ?
Or how about a list of great exercise music ?
Here are two from my Must Have List: Orbital 2 (Orbital); Top Percussion (Puente).

Hey fish...you wouldnt want to listen to my music. I enjoy country...there is a Shania Twain CD, actually two, that I really like to listen to...one is perfect when I'm on the treadmill..the tempo on the songs is perfect. On my ME days I'll throw in the theme from Rocky...other than that..its whatever is on the radio.

I can take anything that's really upbeat and if it's controversial, even talk radio although I sometimes yell at the callers . If you want some heavy duty, pump you up,get wild and crazy try some AC/DC. That's about as far as I go on the old metal scene. It's good heavy traffic driving music too . Watch those fingers Pam .
