I have them both so looks like I wont be working out for a few days. Just didnt want you to think I slacking. I am now going to go and medicate myself. Fishi its up to you to hold down the fort. Go pump some iron for us...I could use a good upper body workout.

OK Pam, here's what I did today.
C2 warm up
HBDL 10 x 135, 185, 205, 225.
Alternating chins/pulls BW 5 x 5 work sets
Alternating dips 3x7x BW, 1 arm DBRows 3x10x90 work sets
RDL 10 x 135, 165, 205, 225.
Ab wheel, 25 full extentions.
C2 cool down.
So for your upper body workout: bi work on the chins. tri work on the dips and wheel. Back work general on the pulls, rows. Low back work on RDLs. Chest work on the dips and wheel. Belly work on the wheel. Shoulder work on the dips and on the shrugs at the top of the HBDLs. Grip work on all of it.

Hey Fish, naw you're not nagging...I appreciate that you care. I dont have a choice but to stop and sit. This reminds me of how it used to be before I lost weight. Maybe someone's way of reminding me that despite the numbers on the scale....I'm still at a better place than I was 4 years ago?? Breathing is so labored....its such a claustrophobic feeling...its time for a change. Sometimes it just takes me longer...but eventually I get there. Thanks for the workout.
