As long as you're back I have question for you. I pulled something behind my left knee when I was doing the GHR back in April. It took about a week to get better but now when I walk it feels like something is snapping behind my knee. It doesnt happen all the time and isnt painful but I hate the feeling. Do you have any idea what it could be and if there is anything I can do for it or if its just something I have to live with? Thanks!

Gosh, there are several tendons back there so it could be a number of things. Since there is no pain or unnatural movement (let me know if there is) I'd say the snapping is akin to snapping you knuckles, which is harmless to my knowledge.
I don't know if you bought or manufactured a sled, but that's a great tool for stuff like this. Some backwards dragging would increase the blood flow to the area and heal up any minor injuries. If you don't have one, there are lots of ways to Jerry-rig a makeshift sled. They've put some ideas in articles over at Elite Fitness I think.

Thanks Chris. I dont have a sled. I would love to get one though if I could find an out of the way place to drag. I was attempting to make one but I got no where fast. I need to be able to think like a guy to do that stuff...and the thought of that just scares me.
