Hey guys...my daughters class is collecting old eye glasses to send to a third world country. She asked me to post this up to see if anyone here had any that they would like to donate. If you do just drop me an email and I will give you my address...would rather not post that here.  Thanks guys. |

Hey, talk to the elves. I just called a local Body Solid retailer to give him a shot at the numbers I got on the web. I told him I could get the WLS on net (fitness factory.com) for 239 and he is getting me it for $200. I told him the net price on the FB 20N was 44 and he quoted $40. I got the impression I might have done better if I had tried. but I'm satisfied.
So tell the elves to let their fingers do the walking.
How's the weight loss ? Hydrating ?
My lungs are still rattling. Another week, I think, before exercise. Sigh.

Fish I think its too late to talk to the elves. The weight loss stopped when started feeling better. I started gaining back what I lost when I started drinking. I was drinking constantly and, well lets just say I didnt get rid of much at all...I was really dehydrated...more so than I ever have been. But good news is I'm good as new I started my new routine but I dont think I will be able to get into anything on a consistant basis until after Christmas...I am just constantly running...I'm getting in my cardio (first thing in the morning if you can believe that!) and a lifting day here and there but am looking forward to getting back on a consistant schedule I sure hope you start feeling better. I know between the pneumonia, bronchitis and flu it took me quite awhile before I started feeling human again. Dont rush back into working out...getting sick is starting to be serious business these days...give yourself time to get better. Jack they are collecting the glasses until the end of the year so no rush. Thanks. |

Pam,end of the calendar year or school year? I can get a trailer load by the end of the school year . Just be glad you're feeling better,the weight loss will come. |
