is it a good idea to use different assist exercises on the DE and ME days or should I focus ona few lifts for 2-4 weeks and then change them all up?
I am sort of limited in what I can do so just wondering if it is ok to keep it the same.
I assume it depends a lot on goals but I was just curious as to different thoughts on this.

Ryan I dont think there is a right or wrong answer here. I prefer to do the same exercises for 2-3 weeks then change them up. For core exercises I've done it both ways and prefer keeping the same exercise for 2-4 weeks. I will keep doing it until I stop increasing my PR or after 3-4 weeks...at which time I'm just ready for a change of pace. I usually end up hitting a plateau though around week 3.
